Dear Physical Therapist,

 

My name is Jill Zollinger, a Fellow in Training and DSc student, I am investigating the prevalence of patient lifestyle screening and education being done by physical therapists. Chronic diseases are the leading cause of death in the world today and physical therapists can play a role in prevention by doing regular lifestyle screening.
