Goodmorning all,
Over the last 4 months, we have made significant changes to the MTI website design. The majority of those changes have taken place on the back end of the website, with a completely new Learning Management System (Learn Dash) put in place. This will help improve the functionality and ease of use of the website. A few of the features that have been improved/installed:
- You can now pay with a credit card for all things related to the program: courses, supervised hours, replacement certificates, exams, etc.
- The admission process has been streamlined
- The Change Password feature has been fixed
- The website has been optimized so it is now functional on mobile platforms as well
There are a few changes that will be visible on the front end of the website:
- The wording of the headers on the top blue banner of the Home Page has changed to better reflect the content.
- The course schedule/calendar feature has been simplified and streamlined. It is now posted under “My Cohort”
- All Course Locations are now posted under “My Cohort”
- We added a header “Poster Presentations”. All posters that Fellows in Training submit will be posted there, so everybody can read/see them. This will satisfy the requirement of the standards, that state that research projects are to be disseminated internally. It is also a nice way to showcase the advanced problem-solving skills of the graduating Fellows in Training.
Thanks,
Pieter
