Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations, develop tailored plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals.
• Deliver hands-on treatments focused on patient education, addressing concerns, and driving progress.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, daily notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay current with professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Illinois (or eligible for licensure).
• Passion for delivering personalized, patient-centered care.
• Commitment to professional growth and excellence in manual therapy techniques.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday, approximately 8 hours per day.
• Work at our Oakbrook Terrace location.
