Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation – Cypress, TX

We are looking for a full-time PT who is willing to grow professionally with your skillset, physician collaboration, and programmatic involvement. We are an Orthopedic Residency Site with 8 PTs, 2 PTAs, and 2 part-time ATs.  We promote clinical specialization and interpersonal growth.  We have 1 Fellowship Trained PT, 1 Residency trained OCS PT, 1 COMPT, 3 board certified PTs (2 OCS, 1 SCS), and 1 pelvic floor PT. Our 2 ATs assist in community outreach to coordinate care with our local middle school and high school athletes.

We have a great team culture that aims to provide excellent care across the lifespan from pediatric to geriatric. We provided opportunities for education and mentorship to students, residents, and fellows.
