All postings on MTI’s Online Job Board are for bona fide open positions at a specific location. These are job openings at clinics where MTI Fellow Alumni are employed, and who are looking for Fellowship trained PT’s, or students currently enrolled in the Program.
We have available a full time or part time PT position at our private practice, Mallers & Swoverland Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, LLC, in Fort Wayne, IN. Our setting is 3 small clinics with currently about 2.5 FTEs at each site. Each clinic has private rooms with a small, centralized gym with a wide variety of highly trained PTs. Our experienced staff includes Fellows trained through The Manual Therapy Institute, Ola Grimsby, and NAIOMPT; Certifications with Maitland and Stanley Paris; as well as a new enrollee with MTI. We provide clinical Fellowship training opportunities.
We are a small private practice and truly have our focus on patient care and being the best orthopedic physical therapy provider in Northeast Indiana for the past 20 years. Each patient is treated with compassion, and one on one care is emphasized for manual therapy and individualized neuromuscular re-education. Our therapists have a competitive benefits package that includes continuing education/APTA and AAOMPT dues/licensure plan, health savings account group medical benefits, revenue sharing opportunities, 401k plan. We have also had staff PTs become financially involved in the ownership of the practice when mutually desired. We are fortunate to have had several PTs and support staff with our group for over 10-15 years, providing a consistent, family like atmosphere.
Please contact Doug Mallers, faculty member and clinical instructor with the Manual Therapy Institute for more than 20 years, if you are interested in discussing opportunities. Doug’s email address: [email protected]
