Hello all
Tim and I are very excited to announce that Jeremy Lewis PT, PhD is coming to teach for the Manual Therapy Institute on October 13-14 as part of MTI’s Continuing Education Series.
Jeremy Lewis is a world-renowned physical therapist and researcher who specializes in rotator cuff related shoulder problems.
If you liked Jill Cook’s course last year then you are going to love this course. Jeremy’s work presents a paradigm shift in the way we approach shoulder rehabilitation, much like Jill’s course was paradigm shift in the way we treat tendon related problems.
As physical therapists we have traditionally struggled in treating rotator cuff related pain and the aim of this course is to change the way you approach and treat shoulders.
I have attached Jeremy Lewis’ editorial from the current JOSPT, so you can get an idea about what this weekend course will be like.
Jeremy will present his latest research and also discuss relevant treatment options, so you are able to translate the most up to date research in clinical practice. There will be both a lecture and lab portion to learn the exercises and hands-on skills.
In order to provide an optimal learning environment, we have limited the class size to 45 people so sign up quickly to secure a place in class.
Course date: October 13-14, 2018.
Location: Texas State University – Round Rock campus
Tuition fee: $550.00.
To apply, go to the MTI website and look under “Continuing Education”. It will take you from there.
Looking forward to seeing all of you on October 13-14.
Pieter
