Location: In-person | Job Type: Part-time | Hours: 32–40 per week | Pay: $43.00–$48.00/hour

About the Role:

We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist or Orthopedic PT eager to specialize in pelvic health. You’ll work primarily with women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction—including pain, incontinence, and postpartum challenges—using a holistic, hands-on, and corrective exercise-based approach.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform detailed assessments to identify physical and pelvic health limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered interventions.
• Educate patients and families on long-term pelvic health strategies.
• Collaborate across disciplines for comprehensive care when needed.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation.
• Commit to ongoing professional development.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 patients/day with time to write fewer notes!

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in pelvic health or a strong desire to train in pelvic floor therapy.
• Solid knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and orthopedic conditions.
• Strong hands-on, manual therapy, and corrective exercise skills.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and clinical judgment.
• Highly organized and able to thrive in a low-volume, high-quality care environment.
• Passionate about helping patients regain strength, confidence, and vitality.
