Your Role: As a Physical Therapist at Mondo, you will:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and sports-related conditions.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, including manual therapy (joint mobilization and manipulation), exercise interventions, dry needling, and tissue-specific loading techniques.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced clinicians to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of patient progress and outcomes.
• Stay at the forefront of your field through ongoing professional development and education.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of Texas (or eligibility for licensure).
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A passion for outpatient orthopedics and helping patients reach their goals.

• Competitive Salary: Highly dependent on level of experience and credentials; $71,000 – $91,000 per year
