This 2-day course is designed to provide the fellow student with basic clinical skills for diagnosing and treating specific syndromes affecting the cervical spine and upper extremity by recognizing signs and symptoms related to those syndromes. Through lecture and demonstration, the following topics will be covered: anatomy, biomechanics and arthrokinematics, pathology, peripheral entrapment neuropathies of the upper extremities, segmental mobility testing, craniovertebral scan, joint mobilizations, soft tissue mobilizations and clinic/home exercises.
